Writers Guild Awards

The Writers Guild Awards honor outstanding writing in film, television, new media, videogames, news, radio, promotional, and graphic animation categories. The awards are presented by the Writers Guild of America, West (WGAW) and the Writers Guild of America, East (WGAE), which are labor unions representing writers in motion pictures, television, cable, digital media, and broadcast news.

PKPR @ The 66th Annual Writers Guild Awards

PKPR managed the red carpet for the 66th Annual Writers Guild Awards in New York City on February 1st.  Over 30 photographers, 20 print and online reporters, and seven television crews lined the red carpet for interviews with nominees like Beau Willimon (House of Cards), Ethan Hawke (Before Midnight), Danny Strong (The Butler) and presenters like Kerri Russell, Matthew Rhys, Kate Mulgrew, and Archie Punjabi.

Coverage highlights included New York Times, New York Magazine, People, Huffington Post, Hollywood Reporter, The Wrap, The Better Show, Complex TV, Showbiz 411, and Playbill.
